HEALTHSTRING genetic risk profiles are not diagnostic and should not be used as such. Genetic risk information reflects hereditary predispositions based on your DNA and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Lifestyle, environmental, and other factors significantly influence health outcomes. All results should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decisions.

By purchasing and using HEALTHSTRING, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to provide consent for the genetic testing of the sample collected.

Privacy Policy

Precision Health Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (SugarStrings.ai) collects visitor demographics, subscriber emails, customer contact details, and health information provided through questionnaires. This information is stored securely in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Data Handling

All samples are de-identified before entering the laboratory — each sample receives a unique ID so that processing staff cannot link it to your personal information. Only authorised personnel have access to matched records.

Genetic Data Sharing

Precision Health Innovations Pvt. Ltd. does not share genetic raw data for our preventive genomics offerings. Your genetic data is yours.

Research Usage

Genetic information may be used for research without any personal identification, solely for further scientific analysis, and only with your explicit consent. We may disclose information if required by law or in the event of a business transfer, in which case equivalent data protection obligations will apply.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your order and request a refund by emailing support@sugarstrings.ai with your order details within 24 hours of ordering.

• Before sample receipt at lab: 20% deduction per product applies.
• After lab notification of sample arrival: The order becomes non-refundable.
• Failed visual check: 80% refund.
• Quality check failure: 70% refund.
• Lab process failure: 50% refund.

Kits must be registered within 90 days of purchase. Unregistered kits after 90 days will be automatically cancelled without refund eligibility.

Shipping & Logistics

HEALTHSTRING services are currently available only in India. International shipping is not supported at this time.

• Kit delivery: 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
• Sample pickup: arranged within 3 business days of kit registration (free of charge).
• Report delivery: within 4 weeks from the date of sample receipt at the laboratory.
• Progress updates will be sent to your registered email address.
